By accessing or using Our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which may be modified from time to time. We reserve our right to change these terms at any time and amendments will take effect when posted on this website.

The information contained in our website is provided by the hotels, and it is updated very often, and so while we will try our best to ensure that such information is accurate, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.

2. Reservation

During the process of the booking confirmation, we'll ask you to provide us, as well as you personal details, of your credit card information, such as number and expiry date. That information will be helpful for the establishment to debit the confirmation deposit to your credit card. Your booking will be confirmed with the charge of such deposit, and the rest of the booking will be paid on arrival by you. The deposit amount will be displayed when you are making the reservation.
Puroibiza.com doesn't charge any amount on your credit card.

3. Payment and credit card information

4. Free of charge

5. Cancellation

Each hotel will have its own terms and conditions for cancellation. You are therefore strongly advised to read carefully such terms and conditions which are displayed on our website before you make your reservation. You will be bound by such terms and conditions once your reservation is confirmed. In case of cancellation, we suggest that you should promptly and directly contact the hotel to minimize any penalty or charges payable.

In case you need to cancel your stay, check the cancellation policy of the hotel. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge you a fee which in most cases is the equivalent for a one night stay. In any case, Puroibiza.com will not charge you any cancellation fee whatsoever.

All disputes relating to cancellation of reservation shall be dealt with or settled directly between you and the hotel concerned, and we will not be involved or be responsible in any way.
