How is a reservation confirmed ?
To confirm the reservation, the hotel concerned charges a guarantee deposit. After the 3 steps of the booking process, you will received an e-mail with your booking information. It's very important that you write correctly your e-mail address during the reservation process.
If you don't receive any mail within 4 hours after you have finished the reservation process, please send us an e-mail with your reservations details, such as your name, hotel name,... to the address reservas@puroibiza.com or through our Customer Service Form.
Can I make a reservation by e-mail or phone?
We do not process bookings by e-mail, but if you don't find availability for any room type in any hotel, or if you need assistance you can send us mail to info@puroibiza.com; or through our Customer Service Form.The hotel may have any other room type on request. We will answer you within the next 24 hours.
I have booked a hotel, but i didn't receive a confirmation by mail. What should I do?
Usually, the reason why the e-mails are not received correctly by the costumers is because the e-mail address is written wrong, and so we recommend you to check it before you finish the reservation process. Please, check also your Inbox and Spam/Junk folder for the e-mail provided during the reservation process. If you don't receive that mail, please send us an e-mail with your reservations details, such as your name, hotel name,... to the address reservas@puroibiza.com or through our Customer Service Form.
How can I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel or send us a modification request, clicking on My Booking. You have to enter the reservation number and PIN code we provided you when you completed your reservation.
Do I pay any cancellation fee?
Puroibiza.com do not charge any fee for the cancellation, modification or reservation requests. However, check the cancellation policies from the hotel, in order to prevent any charge from it.
How do I know that my booking has been cancelled ?
After your reservation is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail to confirm you cancellation. If you do not receive the cancellation mail, please send us an e-mail with your reservation details to reservas@puroibiza.com.
